Scholarship Program & Application 2026

The EPDACI Chapter is proud to offer a scholarship for an undergraduate or graduate student residing in Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Eligible applicants must be enrolled in a program focused on structural or civil design, materials, design construction, and/or construction chemicals. Candidates completing studies for the bachelor’s or master's degree from an accredited program may apply for this award. Based on essays, submitted data, and recommendations, the EPDACI Chapter, selects a scholarship recipient who appears to have the strongest combination of interest and potential for professional success in the concrete industry.

One (1) scholarship is awarded each year, valued at $10,000. This program is administered solely by the EPDACI Chapter and is not affiliated with the ACI Foundation. This scholarship consists of a cash stipend of $10,000 (U.S.) for a one-year period. The stipend will be sent to the financial aid office of the institution designated by the applicant where the study program will be pursued. These funds will then be deposited into the recipient’s university account.

Applications are now being accepted for Fall 2026 enrollments no later than July 17, 2026.
